Gunter Construction Roofing Inc. has been installing single-ply roofing since 1976. Since that time we have installed over 58 million square feet.

Our largest single roof to date is the K-Mart Distribution Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, which is 1.5 million square feet. We have also roofed four distribution centers for Food Lion, Distribution centers for Dollar General Corp. and Best Buy in Ardmore, Oklahoma and a distribution center for The Gap in Gallatin, Tennessee, which now totals 1.7 million square feet.

We are very proud of our quality record. We were named a member of Carlisle Syntec Hall of Fame for installing 250 perfect roofs by inspections in 1990. Later we became the seventh roofing contractor nationwide to install 500 roofs with perfect inspections. We have over 1000 perfect roof inspections from Carlisle. We began installing Firestone Roofing Systems in 1995. Since that time we have been named a Firestone Master Contractor for 11 years running, have received the “Q” Award (for commitment to quality) and have also been in the elite group of less than 30 contractors nationwide to receive the “Presidents Award” status.

We are also authorized in the installation of Versico, Genflex and Stevens roofing Systems for single ply, as well as Berridge and Unaclad/Firestone warranted roofs for metal roofing.

Customer service is our goal. To help service your needs, Gunter Roofing has a full time staff to perform roof inspections and service any roof repair or alterations that you may require. We offer roof maintenance contracts, which include twice a year roof inspections. In addition, we have a 24-hour emergency response service to meet your high priority needs.
